e-Spandana: Public Grievance Monitoring System

Spandanae-Spandana is a unique solution for addressing Grievances of Citizens. District Administration has setup a 24*7 Control Room to receive Public Grievances. Once the grievance is registered in PGC cell, citizen will receive an SMS in  which a Web Link is provided to monitor the progress of his Grievance. Subsequently PGC cell will forward the Grievance to concerned officer for redressal. The officer concerned will receive an SMS in which a Web Link is provided to enter the action taken details.District Administration is closely monitoring the grievances received and action taken by officers on a daily basis. Citizen’s can report their grievance by WhattsAPP No 8277888866, or  by phone  08392-277100 or by email to dcbellary@gmail.com or by calling Toll Free No: 1077. Citizen has to provide clear details of his grievance for easy and immediate redressal by officers.
